I had a great experience at the hotel with its fantastic location right in the heart of Phnom Penh, overlooking a beautiful wat. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was friendly, albeit needing a bit more training. The dining included a nice breakfast but could use a little more variety. Overall, it felt like great value for money, especially with how close it was to the royal palace and local bars.
